Perhaps you love Fridays or Mondays?
I'm a Saturday person. For me there's a whole Saturday world out there of possibilities. Farmer's markets, dinner out, festivals, watching movies, cooking something special.
Mostly, I like the feeling that there's another day following it before the regular week starts again.
