Blueberry Bread
adapted from Simply in Season
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup olive oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Mix together in a large bowl, stirring until just combined. Pour into greased 8.5 x 4.5 loaf pan and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 1 hour.
